Mk Search are currently working with a leading 1bn turnover main contractor with a strong national presence delivering flagship projects across sectors who are looking to engage with an MEP manager for their London business unit to work on a 17m M&E mixed use residential project near London Bridge.

Reporting to an MEP Project Lead you will work as part of thesite delivery team to manage theMEP contractors through to PC.

  • Oversee health & safety, quality, and coordination of MEP installations
  • Run MEP subcontractor progress meetings
  • Support the commercial team with progress mark-ups, site instructions, and reporting.
  • Help drive programme delivery and ensure sequencing is maintained

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an MEP Manager on large-scale construction projects Background with Tier 1 main contractors or specialist MEP contractors working with Tier 1 contractors
  • Excellent technical understanding of MEP systems and coordination
  • Strong communication and site management skills

The project is due to run until March next year so they are initially looking to engage with candidates on a contract/freelance or fixed term contract (FTC) basis.

They have a very busy order book of projects from 2026 onwards so the opportunity to move onto a new scheme or go permanent with them will be very likely at the end of the contract period.
