Our client, a prominent entity in the Beauty sector, is currently seeking a dedicated Demand Planner to join their centralised London team on a permanent basis.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing end-to-end demand planning processes
  • Collaborating closely with the procurement team to align demand and supply
  • Analysing sales and inventory data to forecast demand accurately
  • Implementing and launching the new ERP system, while transitioning from spreadsheet reliance
  • Supporting the Head of Operations & Supply Chain to streamline processes
  • Contributing to the expansion in both UK and US markets, particularly with M&S, Boots, and more.
  • Providing insights and recommendations on product demand trends, especially in the growing fragrance category
  • Participating in restructuring efforts within the business context


Job Requirements:

  • Proven experience in demand planning, preferably within the beauty industry
  • Understanding of procurement processes and timings
  • Proficiency in data analysis, particularly with sales and inventory data
  • Experience with ERP systems
  • Ability to work effectively in a team with no direct reports
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
  • Flexibility to work 3 days/week in the London office, with some flexibility on days including Fridays
  • Relevant accreditations in demand planning or supply chain management are desirable
