Procurement Manager Real Estate and Office Services

  • 6 month contract
  • Salary: Day Rate £500 umbrella
  • Location: London
  • Hybrid working

Main Duties:

  • Drive end-to-end procurement strategies across categories and geographies
  • Lead RFx processes and deliver results through robust contract negotiations

  • Execute spot buying and respond to adhoc business needs

  • Identify cost-saving opportunities and streamline supplier engagement

  • Deliver an exceptional client service experience with a strong focus on stakeholder collaboration

Essential Skills and Experience:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or related field (CIPS qualification desirable)

  • Expertise in Source-to-Contract processes and contract negotiation

  • Strong interpersonal skills to manage stakeholder relationships across legal and business functions

  • Demonstrated success in leading complex sourcing projects, especially in facilities or real estate construction

  • A global mindset and experience working with remote and virtual teams

Desirable Experience
  • Procurement leadership in multi-region or global projects

  • A sharp focus on value creation, not just cost reduction

  • Proven ability to craft detailed scopes of work, KPIs, and SLAs

  • A passion for continuous improvement and driving sustainable value
