Are you an experienced Course sales professional?
If you have experience converting leads to learners and enrolling candidates onto paid training courses andexperience managing a sales teamthen we would love to speak to you.
- Hands on manager role with own sales targets as well as managing overall team sales targets
- Set individual targets for team members and coach and train to hit sales figures.
- Work closely with marketing team whom bring in leads and learners, and covert these leads to sales with a sales target and KPIs to hit for course sales figures
- Enrol people onto Digital and CIPD training courses
- B2C role selling direct to professional learners
- Grow the team, train and develop and add headcount
- Work with marketing on new ideas for candidate attraction and engagement to secure more learners
- Conduct webinars and candidate events to secure interest from potential learners.
The ideal candidate
- Will have worked for a training or apprenticeship provider in a sales capacity
- You will have ideally sold training courses
- You will have experience managing 3-5 sales consultants
- Have a long term view to grow and build the team and be promoted internally
Key details
- 2 days a week in the office in central London
- 37.5 to 42.5K base
- OTE approx. 5-9K
