Supply Planner (12 month FTC)- London (hybrid)- Up to £50k DOE

Pod Talent are excited to be partnering with one of the largest beverage businesses in the UK, who are looking for a supply planner to cover a maternity contract in their team. This is an exciting and complex role, so it's a fantastic opportunity for an experienced supply planner to develop their skillsets in a fast- paced environment. 

In this role, you will be:

  • Creating short- long term supply plans for a fast moving category, analysing data to translate demand plans into supply plans
  • Liaising closely with suppliers and 3PL partners, to ensure healthy stock levels across the markets and ensure they are upholding KPI standards 
  • Aligning capacity, capability, inventory, and waste data
  • Supporting the wider business, analysing and identifying supply chain risks


In order to be successful, you will have:

  • 3+ years of supply planning experience
  • Fantastic negotiation skills, proven experience of handling challenging conversations with suppliers and external stakeholders
  • Great attention to detail, analytical skills, strong Excel skills and knowledge using a prior ERP system
