We are currently seeking an MEP Assistant Quantity Surveyor who is interested in joining an esteemed Tier 1 subcontractor in London. Our organisation has recently multiple several high-profile projects, and as a result, we are expanding our MEP team to meet project demands.
The Assistant Quantity Surveyor position will involve multiple new commercial office builds with an MEP package valued at 30 million. This role presents opportunities for career growth you could take on oversight of additional projects within our pipeline.
The ideal applicants will possess experience on projects around the 25 million MEP value, specifically in commercial office construction. While preferences are given to those currently working with other Main Contractors, we are also open to candidates transitioning from Tier 1 MEP subcontractors who are ready to elevate their careers.
For the right candidate we would be prepared to offer a salary up to 55K + attractive package.
