This MEP Quantity Surveyor role offers a rare opportunity to join a young, dynamic practice at an early stage, with real influence over how the MEP offering grows. Recently won projects:
- 2m residential refurbishment
- 600m office new build
- 70m office refurbishment
- 30m office refurbishment
- 10m residential extension
- 50m high end residential & office refurbishment
- With more exciting projects in the pipeline
This is a standout opportunity for a MEP Quantity Surveyor who is either ready to step into a new and exciting role. Long-term, there is potential for equity or leadership involvement as the practice grows (targeting 20-30 staff, with a specialist MEP team of 5+).
The MEP Quantity Surveyor - Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years MEP Quantity Surveying experience in a UK Consultancy
- Strong technical Pre-Contract MEP knowledge
- Comfortable producing cost plans, challenging subcontractor returns and interpreting complex services designs
- Experience with commercial office refurbishments preferred
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or similar, ideally MRICS or working towards
