About the role of Project Quantity Surveyor:
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be joining a Tier 1 Main Contractor with a turnover of over 1bn. They are looking for a strong Senior Quantity Surveyor to lead a school project valued at around 20m. This role is full time site based in West London. This is a great opportunity to join as they constantly have interesting projects due to them winning the majority of projects in London. They are dominating the London construction market and have a proven track record of progressing staff through the ranks. This is a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities of Project Quantity Surveyor:
- Provide assistance and support on all commercial issues
- Carry out cash flow reporting
- Manage forecasts and ensure all valuations are submitted by the deadline
- Final Accounts
- Managing the upstream and downstream process
Key Requirements of Project Quantity Surveyor:
- Ideally have experience on education projects
- Must have led projects valued 10m +
- Degree in a construction related subject is ideal but not essential
- Live within a commutable distance to West London
