A multi-disciplinary construction consultancy is seeking a competent Quantity Surveyor who enjoys travelling to different sites, as they expand their London office.
The Quantity Surveyor’s role
Working alongside a Director, the successful Quantity Surveyor will be working on fire remediation projects (prior experience in this sector isn’t necessary), taking on a QS/EA/PM role.
Day to day, the new Quantity Surveyor will be working on sites across the City, carrying out contract administration, cost planning, managing variations, and overseeing programmes of work.
The Quantity Surveyor
- Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
- Working towards completing your APC
- Quantity Surveying experience within a PQS / Consultancy environment
- Happy to work on fire remediation projects
- Driving licence and car – happy to travel to sites
- Pre and post contract experience
- EA/PM experience would be useful
