A highly respected, international property and construction consultancy is seeking a driven Quantity Surveyor to join their thriving London office. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to take on diverse, high-value projects while building a clear route to Senior QS and beyond within a collaborative, forward-thinking environment.

The Quantity Surveyor Role

As the new Quantity Surveyor, you will work closely with senior colleagues on a broad portfolio of projects across Higher Education, Healthcare, Data Centres, and Social Housing, while also gaining exposure to Commercial Offices and Private Residential schemes.

You'll be responsible for both pre- and post-contract services, including cost planning, tendering, contract administration, valuations, and final accounts. You'll also have the opportunity to take on increasing client responsibility, working with blue-chip organisations and public sector bodies on projects ranging from 5m to 200m+.

This consultancy offers a proven pathway to chartership and progression, with structured APC support, mentoring, and opportunities to step into senior responsibilities as you grow.

The Quantity Surveyor- Requirements

  • MRICS is highly desirable OR currently working towards
  • RICS-accredited degree in Quantity Surveying or similar
  • Previous UK consultancy/PQS experience
  • Experience delivering projects independently and as part of a team
  • Pre- and post-contract experience
