Quantity Surveyor - High end Residential
Up to 70,000 + Package

We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join a small team working on a high-end residential development in South West London (68 units). You'll be working alongside a Commercial Lead to help manage the financial and contractual side of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Commercial Lead with managing costs, budgets, and contracts
- Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and final accounts
- Manage procurement and liaise with contractors and suppliers
- Prepare reports and assist with documentation for stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements
About You:
- Experience as a Quantity Surveyor (or Assistant Surveyor ready for the next step)
- Experience in residential development (high-end experience is a plus)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage your workload and meet deadlines
- A proactive approach to problem-solving
