A well-established, forward-thinking multidisciplinary practice is looking for an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to join their 100+ strong London office, based near Southwark. You'll work closely with a 20+ person cost management team that champions collaboration, professional development, and individual growth.

The Quantity Surveyor's Role

As a Quantity Surveyor, you'll deliver a mix of residential, education, and local authority projects, acting as both Quantity Surveyor and Employers Agent.

This dual role provides full lifecycle exposure - giving you a real voice in how projects are shaped and delivered. You'll work directly with clients, supported by a team that recognises talent early and helps shape your progression path - whether that's moving into Senior QS, management, or a more client-facing role.

This consultancy builds roles around people, not the other way around.

The Quantity Surveyor - Requirements

  • A RICS Accredited degree qualification
  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience in quantity surveying, focusing on cost management
  • Previous Quantity Surveying experience within a UK Construction Consultancy
  • Ideally MRICS or currently working towards
  • Pre and Post Contract Experience
  • Public Sector, Local Authority or Residential project experience
