Senior Sales/Lettings Negotiator - Hackney
Salary 27/30k OTE 45k plus
We are currently working with an established independent Estate Agency located inHackney, East London. They are looking for aSenior Sales/Lettings Negotiatorwith a driven and career focussed attitude and in return offering a competitive package for the right candidate.
Some responsibilities, but not limited:
- Conduct market appraisals for both Sales and Lettings
- Converting appraisals into listings
- Marketing of properties to both purchasers and tenants
- Build strong working relationships with vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants
- Negotiate offers and close deals
- Keep up to date with market trends, pricing strategies and legal requirements
- Ensure all listings are marketed effectively on all platforms
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Estate Agency
- Valuation experience
- Strong interpersonal skills
- High customer service and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills
- Self-motivated, target driven
- Full UK driving licence and access to a own vehicle
Hours:
Monday - Thursday 9am - 6.30pm
Thursday - Friday 9am - 6.00pm
Saturdays 9am - 5pm (Saturday worked, day of in lieu in the week)
