Description
- Being the primary contact for clients and occupiers
- Taking responsibility for delivery of both clients and occupiers objectives
- Liaising with occupiers on a day to day basis and responding to any queries
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Having responsibility for all H&S and compliance
- Arranging for EICR's, EPC's, PAT testing
- Registering Rent deposits
- Arranging for return of rent deposits
- Arranging for and managing reference checks
- Liaison with Letting agents
Profile
- Understanding client's aims and providing tailored, strategic advice
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
- Adapting and delivering for a range of types of clients
- Demonstrating good local and national market knowledge
- Reviewing outputs for both clients and occupiers to ensure they are both accurate and relevant and identifies areas for improvement
- Starting to develop network of contacts to provide advice to clients outside of our scope of work
