Location:Vauxhall, London
Salary: £55k
Contract:Full-Time, Permanent, 40 hours per week Monday to Friday

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Estate Manager to lead the operations of a prestigious mixed-use development in Vauxhall. Theestate comprises 150 luxury apartments, commercial space, and retail units. Thesuccessful candidate will ensure exceptional standards across property management, compliance, team leadership, and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Estate Operations:Oversee day-to-day management of residential and commercial areas, ensuring cleanliness, safety, and maintenance standards are met.?

  • Technical Oversight:Manage MEP systems, develop and monitor PPM schedules, and oversee maintenance in line with SLAs.?

  • Compliance:Ensure adherence to health & safety regulations, the Building Safety Act, and service charge guidelines.?

  • Team Leadership:Recruit, train, and manage on-site staff, conducting regular appraisals and fostering a positive work environment.?

  • Community Engagement:Foster a sense of community among residents through events and initiatives, acting as a liaison with local organizations.?

  • Budget Management:Develop and manage operating and service charge budgets, ensuring financial efficiency.?

  • Mobilization:Lead the mobilization of new buildings, coordinating with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration into the estate.?

Qualifications & Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience as an Estate Manager within a commercial environment.?

  • Technical knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing.?

  • Proven experience in budget management and service charge administration.?

  • Strong understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.?

  • IRPM or TPI certification preferred.?

  • Bachelors degree in Property Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field is advantageous but not essential.
