About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and proactive Estate Operative to join our team in London. You will play a vital role in ensuring the estate is clean, safe, and well-maintained for residents, visitors, and colleagues.



Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out cleaning of communal areas, including entrances, corridors, lifts, and outdoor spaces.

  • Undertake minor repairs and report maintenance issues promptly.

  • Monitor health and safety standards across the estate.

  • Assist residents and provide excellent customer service.

  • Support waste management, including bin store upkeep and rubbish collection.

  • Carry out regular estate inspections and report hazards or concerns.

  • Work effectively with colleagues, contractors, and management to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.



About You

  • Previous experience in a similar role (cleaning, caretaking, or facilities/estate management) is desirable.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently.

  • Good understanding of health and safety practices.
