Responsibilities:
As an Estate Operative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our estates are clean, safe, and welcoming. Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Clean and tidy all communal areas, inside and outside buildings

  • Empty bins and remove litter, fly-tipping, and graffiti

  • Carry out minor repairs and report larger maintenance issues

  • Check lighting, doors, and safety equipment regularly

  • Maintain outdoor spaces such as gardens, paths, and car parks

  • Grit and clear walkways during bad weather

  • Report vandalism, damage, or health and safety concerns

  • Assist residents with simple requests or direct them to the right team

  • Supervise contractors and ensure work areas are safe

  • Keep records of daily tasks, inspections, and issues
