An exciting opportunity for a Private Medical Receptionist has become available to join a Front of House team in a private clinic on Harley Street (close to Baker Street and Bond Street tube stations) with a competitive salary on offer.

The clinic is highly specialised, independently owned with state-of-the-art facilities, and is dedicated to providing the best, personalised healthcare with a breadth of surgical and medical expertise in eyes. The salary is up to 28k.

Private Clinic Medical Receptionist

As a key member of the Front of House Administration team, you will be responsible for providing professional and patient-focused service to our referring consultants and their patients attending the reception, registration and cashiering areas.

Hours: 9.00am - 6.00pm, Monday to Friday

Salary depends on experience, 23 days of holidays

Private Medical Receptionist responsibilities

Liaising with patients over the phone and via email to book appointments

Managing up to 3 clinic diaries, taking payments, advising on treatment plans, and dealing with any issues that arise.

The Medical Receptionist will also be required to take on administrative duties such as ordering office supplies, stock-taking, and scheduling building maintenance appointments as and when needed.

To ensure the highest levels of service excellence are delivered to patients, staff, and clinic visitors.

To follow departmental processes and procedures to ensure that the best patient services are delivered.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience as a receptionist in a similar private clinic or hospital

Excellent communicator, adaptable with good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
