The Senior Recruitment Consultant position focuses on the Qualified Finance & Accountancy sectors, where the consultant will build a division within the C&I sector.
Candidates should have a minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience in the qualified A&F space and a proven track record of successful billing.
The role offers an excellent commission structure starting at 20%, along with additional bonuses and a flexible hybrid working arrangement of 3 days in the office and 2 from home.
The company provides an individualized career progression plan, leading to opportunities for team development and advancement to Manager or Director roles.
