The Rental Asset Manager is a dynamic role that requires knowledge of lighting equipment, some account management, customer service, negotiation skills and an understanding of the rental equipment market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the fulfilment of dry hire orders, dealing with third parties and customer queries, ensuring equipment availability, accuracy of data recorded, and maintaining the highest level of service quality.
Experience
• Knowledge of Rental Management Software
• Experience in a client facing/customer service focused role
• Proven experience in a rental or logistics environment
• Effective communication and people skills.
• Detailed focussed and excellent organisational skills
• Creative thinker with diagnostic problem-solving abilities
• Relationship builder and team player
• Strong administration experience
