Are you an experienced Workday programme leader who thrives in a fast-paced, complex environment? Do you have a passion for driving strategic change and delivering measurable business value across global programmes? If so, we’d love to hear from you.

We are looking for a Programme Manager to join our team and take ownership of the successful delivery of large-scale, multi-workstream programmes. You’ll be responsible for the full programme lifecycle — from discovery to delivery and review — while collaborating with senior leadership, project teams, and stakeholders across the business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and implementation of end-to-end programme plans using the Discover, Design, Deliver, Review methodology.

  • Oversee multiple workstreams, removing blockers and driving accountability across teams.

  • Identify and manage risks and issues that could affect delivery timelines or outcomes.

  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs are understood and met.

  • Manage programme budgets, track financials, and optimise resource allocation for maximum efficiency.

  • Create and maintain programme dashboards to monitor KPIs and performance metrics.

  • Define programme scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with strategic goals.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for all programme stakeholders, ensuring timely and effective communication.

  • Provide leadership and direction to project managers and cross-functional teams.

  • Develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical risks to senior leadership when needed.

  • Present regular programme updates to senior stakeholders and executive teams.

  • Align programme outcomes with business goals and ensure they deliver tangible value.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)

  • Experience working in Insurance/Banking
  • Professional certification in programme/project management (e.g. MSP, PRINCE2, APM Practitioner, AgilePM).

  • 10+ years’ experience in programme or project management, ideally across complex, multi-regional environments.

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Monday.com, Microsoft Project, or Trello.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Experience managing budgets, tracking financial performance, and allocating resources effectively.

  • A motivated self-starter who is resilient, adaptable, and solutions-focused.

  • We welcome applicants with equivalent experience, even if their background differs from the typical profile.
