A unique brand-new opportunity and first time to the market, is now available at a recognised children’s humanitarian charity to join their philanthropy team.

As Prospect Research Manager you will lead the development and implementation of a robust insight-led prospect research strategy.  You will enable the charity to enhance its donor engagement, improve prospect identification and cultivation strategies.  This will be a fast-paced role in an ambitious and growing team.

This is initially a 12 month contract offering extremely flexible hybrid working.

Salary £40,000

Ideally you will have the following experience:
  • A solid working knowledge of prospect research in a charity
  • Confident ability to be able to lead and implement a sole Prospect Research function
  • Ready for the challenge to set up this function if you have not done so before
  • Proven experience conducting structured background research on high-net-worth individuals, company directors, Trusts and Foundations
  • Knowledge of fundraising practices and wealth indicators
  • An understanding of data protection and due diligence
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement skills
