KEY DUTIES
- Evolve research strategy, shape team culture, drive innovation; ensure alignment with client needs and business objectives.
- Lead pricing, proposals, revenue growth; partner on forecasting, craft strategic commercial narratives with senior leadership.
- Cultivate senior client relationships, champion operational excellence, refine workflows, mentor team to uphold research best practice.

- Deep expertise in ad effectiveness and cross-media research with strong digital and commercial credentials.
- Strategic, financially literate leader balancing growth and efficiency; confident navigating ambiguity and complex environments.
