UX/UI Product Designer

Hybrid - Canary Wharf 2 days per week
500 per day (Inside IR35)
My client, a well-known bank are looking for a UX/UI Product Designer to join their fast-paced team on an initial 6 month contract. The selected candidate will be required on site in Canary Wharf 2 days per week.
Please note - the ideal candidate will have strong banking experience.
Responsibilities on the role
- Working with business stakeholders, product owners and other members of the UX team to identify and prioritise problem areas
- Running workshops
- Mapping as is journeys to analyse pain points
- Identify solution opportunities
- Map to-be journeys
- Design solutions
- Test the effectiveness of the solutions designed
- Create wireframes and design specifications using the business' Design Toolkit
- Plan and communicating activity
- Managing stakeholders
The candidate will have the below skills/experience
- An organized and self motivated person who is able to manage their tasks, prioritise and time
- An engaging personality with good stakeholder management experience
- Comfortable working both in a team and individually
- Able to collaborate with business stakeholders and UX designers
- A strong UX capability to leverage research findings to create solution design
