We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Restaurant Manager / Supervisorto join our team. Key Responsibilities:Assist the Restaurant Manager in all aspects of daily restaurant operations.
Supervise and support front-of-house and back-of-house staff to ensure smooth service.
Ensure high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene are consistently met.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently.
Assist with staff training, scheduling, and performance management.
Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and assist with ordering supplies.
Support in implementing and maintaining company policies, procedures, and standards.
Contribute to sales targets and marketing initiatives to drive business growth.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
Step in for the Restaurant Manager during their absence.
Proven experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Customer-focused mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems is an advantage.
