We are currently looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager for a French brasserie in Chelsea

You must have the following:

- Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or senior head waiter in a 1 to 2 rosettes dining environment

- very stable cv essential

fluent English and intermediate or fluent French preferably

You must be eligible to work in UK as no sponsorship will be given
