ASSISTANT MANAGER NEW PREMIUM QSR OPENING CENTRAL LONDON
Were launching a high-volume, premium casual brand in the heart of London and were looking for a driven Assistant Manager to help run our flagship site.
Backed by a Michelin-starred chef, this concept has proven success in Europe and is now ready for the London market. Youll play a key role in building the team, shaping the culture, and delivering a high-energy, consistent guest experience.
What Were Looking For
- Background in fast casual or premium QSR
- Experience in managing high-volume operations (£2m+ revenue)
- Confidence in leading and motivating large teams
- Comfortable working late nights the site trades until 3am three nights a week
- Previous new opening experience is a big plus
- Available to start in October, with the site opening in December
What Youll Be Doing
- Support the General Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations
- Lead, coach, and inspire the front and back of house teams
- Drive service standards, guest satisfaction, and operational consistency
- Take responsibility for labour, stock, and quality controls
- Help deliver a fast, seamless guest journey in a demanding, high-output environment
- Work closely with the founder, GM, and ops team on the successful London launch
