With 100 covers and a beautiful 16-seat private dining room, the restaurant prides itself on delivering an impeccable guest experience, combining warm Italian hospitality with the highest standards of fine dining service.

The Role:
As Restaurant Manager, you will be the face of the restaurant, leading a talented team and ensuring every guest experience is second to none. You will be responsible for:

Overseeing daily operations across the restaurant and private dining.
Leading, motivating, and inspiring the FOH team.
Maintaining the highest standards of service in a refined, high-end environment.
Building strong relationships with guests, fostering loyalty and repeat custom.
Working closely with senior management to ensure seamless delivery of the brands vision.

The Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
Charismatic, polished, and guest-focused.
A true professional who thrives in a high-pressure, high-standard environment.
Availability to start within one month is highly desirable.
