My client is looking for an Assistant Restaurant Manager to support the smooth running of a neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Chelsea. Set over two floors and recognised in the Michelin Guide, the restaurant serves modern British cuisine in a refined yet welcoming setting. You will assist the Restaurant Manager in leading the front-of-house team, ensuring service excellence, and helping deliver an exceptional guest experience.
About you:
- Previous experience as a Supervisor or Assistant Manager in a premium or fine dining environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on, supportive approach.
- Passionate about hospitality with a keen eye for detail.
- Organised and commercially aware, confident with rotas, stock, and daily operations.
- Professional, calm, and guest-focused under pressure.
