Your role in shaping experiences

Role Description:

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager your role will consist of:

Effective running and manning of breakfast, lunch and dinner operations, of all day dining restaurant operations.

Ensuring prep management, accurate stocks levels are maintained.

Handling guest enquiries.

Attendance management processing such as payroll, duty rotas, holiday requests.

Supervising the day-to-day operations and team.

The requirements:

The ideal candidate will have the following skills, knowledge & experience:

Proficient knowledge of food & beverage in a high-volume all-day dining environment.

Excellent communication skills and an outgoing personality to interact with guests.

Previous experience of managing a large team.
