The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking a Restaurant Assistant Manager to lead our team in delivering an excellent dining experience. You will oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service, strong teamwork, and the highest standards of hospitality. Your role will include training and developing staff, enhancing guest satisfaction, and driving business performance.

This role is due to start/commence in May 2025.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service and a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Lead and develop the team through training, coaching, and continuous feedback to uphold high service standards.
  • Enhance the guest experience by proactively addressing requests and resolving any concerns.
  • Monitor sales and performance metrics, identifying opportunities to increase revenue and improve efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and well-organized dining environment.

About You:

  • Experience in restaurant or food and beverage management, ideally in a luxury hotel or high-end dining setting.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Financial awareness with experience in budgets, cost control, and revenue targets.
  • Passion for hospitality, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
