The Chancery Rosewood opening Summer 2025, is redefining luxury in Mayfair, housed in the former U.S. Embassy and reimagined by Sir David Chipperfield. With 144 suites by Joseph Dirand and a collection of dynamic dining and bar spaces, its a place where experiences are curated, conversations flow, and every detail matters.

Were looking for a Banqueting Beverage Manager to set the standard for exceptional bar service, ensuring every cocktail is crafted with precision and every guest experience is seamless. Youll lead the bar team, maintain high service standards, and bring creativity to our cocktail program, all while fostering an environment of excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor the bar team, setting the tone for exceptional service.
  • Create and serve innovative, high-quality cocktails with consistency and flair.
  • Ensure the bar runs smoothly and efficiently, maintaining high operational standards.
  • Support the Bar Manager in stock control, inventory, and achieving sales targets.
  • Train the team in product knowledge, upselling techniques, and mixology trends.
About You:
  • Experience in a high-end bar or luxury hospitality setting.
  • A deep knowledge of spirits, cocktails, and current mixology trends.
  • A natural leader with strong communication and training skills.
  • Commercially aware, with an understanding of cost control and revenue generation.
  • A passion for hospitality, delivering exceptional guest experiences with ease.
