Responsibilities:
- Lead from the front, whilst making sure the bar is fully operational.
- Manage, motivate, train and coach the bar team.
- Budget control, while making the ROTAS and manage the inventory (wet stock).
- Get involved in building a team and monitor their performance.
- Keep the high standards levels and brief the team on a regular basis.
- Create a culture where every individual feels valued and happy at work.
Desired skills and attributes:
- Previous experience as a Bar Manager in a fast-paced environment.
- Leadership skills that come naturally.
- Excellent knowledge of beverage products.
- Can take the pressure whilst maintaining a focus mind.
- A proud individual, who breaths hospitality and can train and coach a team.
