Bar Manager

We are looking for bright talent to be part of the Bar team at the beautiful and elegant Franklin Hotel. Family-style management and a caring and considerate approach to our staff are the philosophies at The Franklin (part of Starhotels Collezione).

The Collezione consists of the groups top thirteen luxury five- and four-star hotels, located in the heart of New York, Paris, London, Milan, Trieste, and Venice. Each hotel has a distinct charm, embodying the local culture while sharing the Italian spirit, creativity, passion, and high level of service that encapsulate the whole group.

We are currently looking for an energetic and ambitious bar manager to join the Starhotels team on a full-time basis.

Duties and responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Overall responsibility for the running of the Bar on a daily basis
• Provide and guarantee a consistently high standard of service to guests
• Control and manage costs and stocks within the department
• Monitor bar revenue and drive up-selling

The successful Bar Manager candidate will be able to demonstrate:

• Previous experience working in a similar role is necessary
• Previous experience as mixologist is must
• Boutique hotel experience will be advantageous.
• Great organization and communication skills
