We're seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Manager to join the team of a townhouse-style private members' club
This is no ordinary bar role - you'll be shaping a season-by-season, morning-to-moonlight drinks experience across a multi-space venue. Inspired by escapism, elegance, and energy, this concept blends art deco charm with modern creativity, hosting curated events, cabana nights, and everything in between.
You'll work closely with the senior team to:
- Deliver a world-class drinks programme with imaginative cocktails and premium spirits.
- Build and lead a charismatic, high-performing bar team.
- Champion slick service and flawless guest engagement across multiple bars and events.
- Maintain robust financial, stock, and compliance systems.
We're looking for someone with:
- A background in high-end bars, members' clubs or boutique hospitality.
- Exceptional product knowledge and mixology flair.
- Confidence in managing high volumes and high expectations.
- A creative, hands-on, and commercially savvy mindset.
