Duties & Responsibilities related to the Bar Manager role
- Lead and elevate the daily operations of The Churchill Bar & Terrace, ensuring its continued reputation as a luxury cocktail destination for guests and the wider London community
- Elevate every guests experience by combining flawless product quality, creative innovation, and a culture of excellence within the team that reflects the prestige of The Churchill Bar & Terrace
- Inspire, train and develop a high-performing bar team, delivering exceptional service and memorable experiences
- Curate and refine an innovative drinks programme from award-winning cocktails to rare spirits while maintaining the bars distinct character and luxury positioning
- Oversee the hotels full beverage offering, ensuring consistency, quality and profitability across restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and events
- Manage inventory, cost controls and supplier partnerships to safeguard premium standards and operational excellence
- Collaborate with marketing, events and hotel teams to create exclusive experiences that attract both internal and external audiences and drive engagement
About You
You are an experienced Bar Manager, ideally with a background spanning both luxury hotels and destination bars in London. You combine strong business acumen with in-depth beverage knowledge, enabling you to oversee not only The Churchill Bar & Terrace but also the wider beverage programme across the hotel. A natural leader and tastemaker, you inspire your team to deliver flawless service and create memorable guest experiences. Commercially astute and creatively driven, you have the vision to maintain The Churchill Bars reputation as one of Londons most acclaimed bars while contributing to the overall success of Hyatt Regency London The Churchill.
