The Glade Bar at Sketch is looking for a Bar Manager
Full time permanent role (44 to 50 hours per week) - £45,000 to £50,000 per year depending on experience
The Glade Bar is open Tuesday to Sunday Evening and provide a sophisticated cocktail service to our guests in an intimate and luxurious setting.
The Role of Bar Manager
Martino Franchi, Glade Bar Director, has relaunched our Glade bar as a Mixology destination. Thanks to its laboratory, it allows the team to work with techniques and equipment such as Girovap, centrifuges, lacto-fermentation, to bring a creative side to cocktails and experiment.
The Bar Manager will support the development of intricate cocktails, always researching the next elevation of the cocktails offered in this beautiful environment. The Bar Manager will also be responsible in providing the development and training to the Bar team to raise their expertise in the mixology field.
It is paramount for applicants to be passionate about high end bar work and to have previous experience in a similar bar. Knowledge of refined cocktail-making techniques and equipment is preferred
