As a Bar Manager, you will:

• Lead and inspire a high-performing bar team, ensuring flawless service and top-tier mixology.
• Craft and manage innovative cocktail menus, working with premium spirits and seasonal ingredients.
• Maintain inventory, control costs, and manage supplier relationships to maximise profitability.
• Uphold the highest standards of presentation, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the wider management team to drive revenue and enhance the venues reputation.

Youll bring:

• Proven experience as a Bar Manager in a high-volume, upscale bar or restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and winecertifications (WSET, mixology courses) are a plus.
• Excellent leadership, training, and team development skills.
• A true passion for hospitality and an eye for luxury experiences.
• Financial acumen with the ability to manage budgets, pricing, and profitability.
