Restaurant Manager at Luxury Restaurant Group

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations at one of our venues, delivering exceptional service and maintaining the high standards for which LSL Capital is renowned.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily Front of House operations to ensure a smooth, high-quality guest experience.
- Manage budgets, including profit & loss accounts, labour costs, stock control and inventory.
- Ensure the restaurant is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, site maintenance, and legal compliance (licensing, health & safety, audits).
- Lead recruitment, training, development, and performance management of staff; maintain team morale, standards, and retention.
- Monitor and respond to customer feedback and reviews to uphold the venues reputation and quality.
- Collaborate with kitchen, finance, and marketing/PR teams to optimise service, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales, guest retention, and build relationships including VIPs, influencers, and regular clientele.

- Proven experience in a similar managerial role, ideally in a high-end or luxury restaurant.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Polished, confident presence with a guest-focused approach.
- Organised and calm under pressure, able to manage multiple operational demands without compromising standards.
