What youll be doing

As aRestaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring a high-quality dining experience for every guest. Youll lead the front-of-house team, manage staffing and service standards, and drive both customer satisfaction and business performance.

Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service

Lead, coach, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver exceptional customer experiences

Maintain high standards of food presentation, cleanliness, and hospitality

Manage staffing levels, rotas, and recruitment to meet service demands

Monitor and improve service quality, customer feedback, and guest satisfaction

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, licensing, and hygiene regulations

Manage stock control, supplier orders, and cost efficiency

Support marketing and promotional activities to increase footfall and revenue

Oversee cash handling, budgets, and financial reporting
