- £32,000 gross annual base salary plus service charge and benefits.
- Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week contract Monday-Sunday.
As the Breakfast Manager your responsibilities include:
- Leading and managing the duties of the team
- Training of the team of the service standards, menu items, presentation, accompaniments and availability
- Creating excellent customer service, recognising new and regular guests
- Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure the restaurant is ready for service
- Ensuring the team isfully aware of all allergens and dietary requirements on the menu
- Ensuring that the Restaurant is presentable and always kept immaculate
- Managing the full operation of the TOKii, Malt Lounge, Prince Room and Room Service duties
- Assisting the Restaurant Manager with performance appraisals, training and performance management
- Ensuring that grooming standards of the team and Health and Safety is adhered to the highest standard and following company policy
- Keeping the team motivated and highly engaged during their duties
Required
- At least 2 years experience working in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment in a similar role
- Experience with managing a team including conducting appraisals, maintaining standards, training and managing performance
- Strong product knowledge
