£32,000 gross annual base salary plus service charge and benefits.
Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week contract Monday-Sunday.

As the Breakfast Manager your responsibilities include:

Leading and managing the duties of the team
Training of the team of the service standards, menu items, presentation, accompaniments and availability
Creating excellent customer service, recognising new and regular guests
Liaising with the kitchen team to ensure the restaurant is ready for service
Ensuring the team isfully aware of all allergens and dietary requirements on the menu
Ensuring that the Restaurant is presentable and always kept immaculate
Managing the full operation of the TOKii, Malt Lounge, Prince Room and Room Service duties
Assisting the Restaurant Manager with performance appraisals, training and performance management
Ensuring that grooming standards of the team and Health and Safety is adhered to the highest standard and following company policy
Keeping the team motivated and highly engaged during their duties

Required

At least 2 years experience working in a luxury hotel or restaurant environment in a similar role
Experience with managing a team including conducting appraisals, maintaining standards, training and managing performance
Strong product knowledge
