Food and Beverage Manager wanted for new opening is busy Shopping Centre.

My Client is a fast growing leisure/hospitality business

They are opening a new site in North London later this year and are looking for a dynamic food and beverage manager to oversee their exciting new bar and restaurant.

You will be a dedicated professional who is looking to build their career within the Hospitality/Leisure industry.

You will have managed a large kitchen (10 people +) in a busy restaurant.

The ideal candidate comes from a pub, restaurant or hotel catering background and must understand the systems needed to serve up great food and drinks in a very busy environment

In addition to the above - you must have:

Experience of helping to prepare food/ serve drinks etc. in a hospitality environment

Understands KPIs and can analyse the P+L

You will need to hold a driver's licence and have your own transport.

  • Oversee daily operations of the F+B area, ensuring high standards of service and guest satisfaction.
  • Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain cleanliness in all areas.
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest experiences and drive business growth.
  • Maintain inventory and manage supplies to support operational needs.
