This private member's club is now looking for an enthusiastic, positive and self-motivated Food & Beverage Supervisor to look after our conference and banqueting operations.

About the Role
The F&B Supervisor (C&B) will provide an excellent, professional, friendly, home from home service for the members and their guests. You will focus on the service element of the role whilst maximising and recording sales in an honest and accurate manner. You will work with the F&B Manager, Assistant F&B Manager and colleagues to ensure that these areas operate successfully at all times.
You will also be responsible as below:
- Work with the kitchen brigade on a daily basis, to ensure members receive an excellent high-quality offering and service at all times.
- Maintain dry-stock levels for C&B at all times.
- Set up, clear and provide catering to meetings and events rooms as per the direction of the Events sheets.
- Ensure the Functions Rooms are clean and tidy at all times.
- Assist in improving the ambiance of the Function Rooms.
- Create an environment that promotes high morale and encourages the team to reach a high level of commitment and performance.
- Work with the F&B Manager and Assistant F&B Manager to promote C&B to the members and where appropriate, beyond.
- Assist where able and appropriate in the future development of Club operations.
Theideal candidatewill also have:
- Previous experience of working in high-end, conference & banqueting/ meeting & events in a similar position.
- Excellent knowledge and skills of various styles of function room set up, C&B service sequence as per function sheet.
- Excellent team player and good at adapting.
- Good communication skills.
- Flexibility to work 5 out of 7 days a week including on weekends and bank holidays.
- The right to work in UK.
