A fantastic opportunity has arisen here at Hotel Xenia, Autograph Collection by Marriott. We are currently looking to recruit a passionate Restaurant & Bar Supervisor to join our Restaurant team in our growing luxury boutique hotel.
Position Overview
Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Restaurant & Bar Supervisor is responsible for overseeing exceptional service delivery at our Living Wall Bar and restaurant, ensuring guests enjoy a memorable and high-quality dining and beverage experience. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, leading the front-of-house team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant and bar areas. Key responsibilities include supervising food and beverage service, overseeing cocktail quality and presentation, managing inventory and supplier relationships, and fostering a team culture of excellence and efficiency. The Restaurant & Bar Supervisor plays a crucial role in upholding our luxury boutique hotel's reputation for outstanding hospitality and creating a welcoming, elevated atmosphere for all guests.
What we looking for
- Experience in hotel food & beverage operations, with a strong ability to supervise busy service periods across restaurant, bar, and events.
- Excellent organizational skills, ensuring smooth coordination between front-of-house and back-of-house teams while maintaining consistent service flow.
- Commercially focused, actively contributing to revenue growth through effective upselling, waste reduction, and cost control.
- Brings a creative and innovative approach to guest service, supporting the development of new ideas to enhance food and drink offerings.
- Maintains impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards, ensuring all areas of responsibility meet health, safety, and brand compliance guidelines.
