RESTAURANT BAR MANAGER JOIN THE KRICKET TEAM!

We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Bar Manager to join a growing, people-focused hospitality group! Kricket is hiring for our newest London location in Shoreditch.

Our newest location, in the heart of Shoreditch, is a 120-cover restaurant and bar, housed in a restored Victorian dispensary. Its an evolution of the Kricket brand, featuring our first all-day café and bar concept alongside our signature restaurant experience. We aim to create a special space where guests can dine, drink, connect, and unwind all day, every day.

ABOUT THE ROLE BE PART OF A TEAM THAT CARES

We're looking for a passionate Restaurant Bar Manager to own all things beverage. You'll ensure our day-to-day operations run flawlessly while delivering best-in-class drink standards and contributing to our fantastic culture. You'll also be a key partner to senior management, helping us drive improvements across the business

IDEAL CANDIDATE WHO WERE LOOKING FOR

• A leader with empathy, whose primary role is to take care of the people on your team.
• A charismatic and engaging personality who understands our brand, team culture, and, most of all, our customers.
• Someone with positive leadership qualities who can inspire and drive employee engagement to our usual Kricket service standards.
• A passion for drinks, service, people, and hospitality. Your role is 100% people-focused.
• An individual with the ability to exceed financial and business goals.
• All-day beverage experience is a plus.
