We are looking for an RestaurantManagerfor the Gallery Restaurant Dinner Service in Sketch.
What is my role as Restaurant Manager ?
Reporting to the Gallery Restaurant Director, the Restaurant Manager will focus on the 3 Rosettes evening service in the Gallery Restaurant, ensuring a fun and lively service is delivered to our guests.
The candidate will participate in the service of dinner alongside assistant managers and waiters/waitresses. The Restaurant Manager must have a lively energetic personality and be passionate about customer service.
It will be their responsibility to ensure all staff follow the correct standards and that guests have a fun and professional experience.
The role will work mostly during the evening time as dinner is served from 18:00 until 21:30pm.
