The Restaurant Manager will oversee front-of-house operations, ensuring excellent service and guest experiences while supporting and developing a skilled team. This is a hands-on leadership role where the ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and drive the business forward through effective management and operational excellence.
About the job:
- Lead lunch and dinner service, maintaining high standards of hospitality
- Mentor, train, and develop front-of-house staff
- Manage daily rotas, cashing up, and end-of-day reporting
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage restaurant materials
- Oversee recruitment and onboarding processes
- Ensure smooth operational maintenance of the site
- Uphold brand standards and deliver exceptional guest experiences
About you:
- Proven experience in a fast-paced, casual dining environment
- Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
- Familiarity with Lightspeed and SevenRooms is desirable but not essential
