We are looking for a Restaurant Manager to join our Restaurant team at The Franklin Hotel.

Your Role & What We Need From You

The Restaurant Manager plays a crucial part in our success.

As Restaurant Manager, you will assist the team to provide a highly efficient, smooth, and personalized service in line with the standards and with the flawless guest experience in mind. You will motivate the team to create memorable and exciting experiences.

You will be responsible for the training, development and support of the team in terms of product knowledge, service as well as health and safety standards.

As an operational leader, you will be working in a collaborative way with the rest of the departments to ensure the overall success of the hotel.

Key Requirements:

Experience in a similar role in a luxury hotel operation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build rapport with people easily.
A creative thinker with a can-do attitude and meticulous attention to detail.
A confident, energetic, and passionate team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks under pressure.
A genuine passion for delivering exceptional service and hospitality
Competent in bar service, covering wine, mixed drinks, and cocktails
