Whats involved?As Assistant Restaurant and Bar Manager, you will:
Bring proven experience from premium hospitality or Bar or restaurants
Support the Restaurant & Bar Manager in the daily running of operations
Lead and motivate the front-of-house team with a hands-on approach to work at the back of the Bar
Drive staff training and development
Oversee smooth, efficient service in both the restaurant and bar
Ensure back-of-house organisation and uphold outstanding guest experiences
