BOOMA RESTAURANT MANAGER WANTED

Want to run a popular, award-winning neighbourhood restaurant in Brixton?

Were looking for a passionate and experienced General Manager to take the reins at Booma, our much-loved local gem in Brixton. Known for pairing world-class beers, wines, and ciders with food inspired by the bold spices of North India, Booma is a vibrant, community-focused restaurant with a loyal following.

Booma is part of London Village Inns, a small group of independent, London-based venues. We pride ourselves on delivering outstanding hospitality, great food, and exceptional drinks in warm, welcoming settings.

A hands-on leader who thrives in a busy environment, is passionate about food & drink, and can maintain and build on Boomas excellent reputation.

You should have:

• At least 1 year of experience as a General Manager or 2+ years as an Assistant Manager

• A full working visa (sponsorship not available)

• A bubbly, friendly personality and natural hosting skills

• The ability to stay positive, professional, and calm under pressure

• Two recent employer references

• A strong ability to build, lead, and retain a great team

• Full training and support

• A competitive salary of up to £35,000 per year (including tronc - room for more)
